SUGGESTED ITINERARY

Day 1 - Catch a flight and arrive in time to enjoy a little sightseeing and evening meal before bedtime. Alternatively depart by coach and travel to the most convenient UK port where you will travel overnight and arrive the next day. (Add extra day to relax before continuing with the itinerary) *See below.

Day 2 Spend the day taking in the sights of Berlin on a walking tour. This is a great way to take in all of the city’s culture and history. Some of the highlights include the amazing sights of Prussian Berlin, including the Berlin wall, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and Hitler’s Bunker.

Day 3 - Experience the dark heart of the holocaust with a concentration camp tour. Your guide will explain to you the ugly history of the concentration camp hear the stories of tragedy and of survival during this integral time in history.

Day 4 - Take a visit to Potsdam incredibly picturesque with many palaces, lakes, manicured gardens, statues and water fountains dotted over hundreds of green acres but it is brimming with an equally fascinating history.

Day 5 - Enjoy breakfast in your hotel and perhaps doing some last minute sight seeing before your departure home.  If travelling by coach have breakfast before setting off on your overnight coach arriving back in UK on Day 7. *See below.
