Royal Palace - It was originally built as the city hall for the magistrates of Amsterdam. In the 17th century it was the largest secular building of Europe.

Park Guell - Gaudi avoided levelling the grounds so that the Park Guell has a network of twisting roads.
The Montjuic - A mountain inside the city. A true bowl of air. You can see the Splendid sight of Barcelona from all sides. The hillsides are covered with flowers, exotic trees and giant cactus. The luminous fountains of Gaietà.
The Sagrada Familia - Antoni Gaudí’s unfinished masterpiece, is one of Barcelona’s most popular attractions. Construction on this church will continue for at least several more decades.

Avila - Where the most ancient and complete fortified complex – from the 11th century – is conserved. Walk the 2.5km long wall throughout its 90 fortified tower.
El Escorial - Declared a protected Human Heritage, El Escorial is the symbol of Spanish Power in the 16th century and commemorates the famous and bloody San quintin Battle. The site is also a mausoleum for Charles V.
Royal Palace - The largest and certainly one of the most impressive palaces in Europe. It has more than 2000 luxuriously decorated rooms, 50 of which can be visited.

Reichstag - Home of Bundestag, the German Parliament.
Checkpoint Charlie - Housing a museum the former West/East border crossing point in central Berlin.
Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp - There is a museum, memorial hall and cinema where a film about the history of the camp is shown hourly. The camp prison still stands, as does one barrack block.

Konopiste Castle - Renowned for it’s fascinating collection of antique weaponry.
Kutna Hora - A world heritage site since 1995 it is a quaint little town, which is home to St Barbora a rich Gothic style church and the unique Bone Church.
Karlstejn - Charles IV had this gothic monument built as a depository for the Empire crown jewels and relics of saints.
Theresienstadt Concentration Camp - Ghetto Theresienstadt has long been remembered for its culture, its famous prisoners, and its visit by Red Cross officials. What many don’t know is that within this serene facade lay a real concentration camp.
