BHA Central Backpackers
Within stumbling distance of the best bars, clubs, and restaurants. The BHA was recently renovated and everything is shiny and new. Chill out by the pool, eat in the Alfresco Café, surf the web or hang with the locals in the Drop Zone Barreasonable value for money party hostel

I loved the staff here, they became really good friends who went well over and beyond to help me.
The bar was just the right size, not to over busy, perfect for lone travelers trying to meet new people.
The rooms were clean, tidy and big enough! Bathrooms were communal but clean and tidy and there always seemed to be one available whenever i needed it!
Somewhere to rest your head!

It was close to all the places we wanted to be - and we got a free transfer from the airport.

We only stayed one night before picking up our camper but it was ok for a stopover. Very cheap but basic.
Fantastic staff, fantastic location

The bar, and particularly the bar staff, who made me feel at home on my first night in Australia, when I was terrified about meeting new people. They were chatty and friendly, and ended up taking me out (for an amazing Australia Day night!) with them and a few other customers after the bar closed.
The hostel is also really close to the best bars, restaurants, the lagoon and waterfront, the market... everything you need!
