The Association of British Travel Agents is the UK’s premier trade association for tour operators and travel agents.  As an ABTA regulated agent, STA Travel adheres to a strict code of conduct, which includes issues such as advertising, booking procedures, providing information after a booking has been made and guidelines regarding resolution of any complaint a customer might have.

As a member of the Association of British Travel Agents, STA Travel is bound to at least acknowledge correspondence received within fourteen days and to give a fuller response within twenty-eight days.  As a company we always endeavour to reply and resolve issues well within these guidelines.
