Itinerary

DAYS 1 - 3

Begin by experiencing the old West at an authentic ghost town in the shadow of famous ("get your kicks on") Route 66, then explore the surrounding, rugged wilderness on a leisurely hike in this pristine area. Spend two days and nights at the majestic Grand Canyon National Park, exploring the vastness of this great natural wonder. With cool daytime temperatures, the winter season really is one of the best times to visit this desert phenomenon

DAYS 4 - 6

Onto Monument Valley, where you can take a guided jeep tour with Native American guides, then experience a beautiful sunset. The famous "Slickrock" trails near Arches National Park are an open invitation to hike and mountain bike amidst amazing sandstone formations

Days 6 - 8

Our high country Western ranch provides a taste of the real cowboy life with a ranch house stay and home-cooked meals all included. Ride the range on horseback and try your hand at roping. The adventure continues into Bryce Canyon National Park, where a kaleidoscope of colours beckons. Hike through a mysterious city of columns, turrets and spires, and enjoy the breathtaking views from every angle.

DAYS 9 - 10

On to magnificent Zion National Park and a chance to hike surrounded by natural beauty before returning to civilization, where the neon and casinos of Las Vegas await our arrival.
