Best Bars

Thanks to our perfect partners Intrepid and our friends at Tiger Beer we've put together a guide to our all time favourite things for you to see and do, and the coolest bars for you to hang out in whilst in Singapore.

Bar Location Description
Zouk 17 Jiak Kim Street One of Singapore's most famous clubs, trendy hip and always on the edge. The complex consists of three venues - each with their own stylish look, artistic designs and music.
Alley Bar Peranakan Place Glamorous high-ceiling trendy bar in great location. Trendy Café del Mar-style lounge music.
Loof The concept behind Loof was driven by our desire to create a playful space that would capture the essence of the rooftop in a light-hearted dollop. After a histrionic, mind-boggling design process, we shaped a space where no two seating options would be the same, a reflection of those who choose them. Loof is designed as a refuge for the bedraggled office worker, a respite for the brilliant mind, a sanctuary for fools, a canvas for the budding artist and the launch pad for a brilliant night.
Bellini St. James Power Station Sitting pretty on the second story of St. James' Power Station, Bellini Room is the new hip joint. Intimately sized with a capacity of 250, the Bellini Room serves up a yummy platter of big band, swing and jazz. Bellini Room is a live music bar, offering highly-charged snappy entertainment from the dashing Bellini Room house band, set against a luxurious and cosy décor. Designed by Argentinian Ernesto Bedmar, the setting of Bellini Room oozes swank, glamour and a sexy twisterama!
Ministry of Sound Clarke Quay Biggest Ministry of Sound club in the world. The iconic club features different dance halls and music concepts engineered by the best audio systems. Also, look out for special effects such as a fibre-optic chandelier and waterfall curtain that works as a video projection screen. Plus, private rooms come with a personal deejay.
KM8 Sentosa KM8 - "a little bit of Ibiza in Singapore", a great beach bar, featuring live DJ accompanied by a percussion band that delivers pulsating grooves on bongos and steel drums. Enjoy the sunset from the beach or cool down in the pool.
BQ Bar Boat Quay BQ Bar, unassumingly modern and stylish. Its spacious and open feel create an ideal place in which to unwind by the Singapore River. Music wise, you can expect acid jazz and chill-out lounge tunes. As for food, tuck into gourmet sandwiches, fresh salads, antipasto and tapas.
New Asia Bar Swissotel Stamford New Asia Bar, a dance bar on the top floor of the highest hotel in Southeast Asia. New Asia Bar is a luxurious and intimate two storey lounge with a club-like atmosphere atop the Swissôtel Stamford. The view of the Singapore skyline from the 72nd floor is superb. Using lights and materials that sparkle and glow, expressing a unique mood - creating a highly-charged atmosphere even on quite week nights.
