Based in the Manchester contact centre this highly focused team is an important area of STA Travel UK business, with 2007 sales to date already 100% up on 2006 the expectation for 2007 and beyond will be to continue to drive groups business.
Groups handle a diverse array of clients, from school educational trips to tailor-made sports tours to corporate incentive trips. They attend many travel shows, events and client presentations. In 2007 we are also planning several “experiences” relating to our key clients in order to build our relationships.
By maximising profitability, developing both the product and market, maintaining service level agreements and building external relationships through regular client contact, this is a fantastic opportunity to stamp your mark in a new area with huge growth potential.
