Assistant Branch Manager

The role:
Together with the Branch Manager and in the Branch Manager’s absence, your focus is to maximise sales, revenue and profitability of your STA Branch through high achievement. Delivery of the ‘complete experience’ is crucial to the success of the branch and you will be expected to lead by example. Ensuring high levels of service both to your internal and external customers remain one of your key capabilities.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • People – to assist with training, development and coaching of the team.
  • Performance – to ensure that all personal objectives are exceeded, encouraging the same of your team and remaining focused and engaged towards achieving branch and business targets.  
  • Operations – to deputise in the absence of the branch manager and ensure that all Best Practise is followed so that the branch operates efficiently, safely and without financial risk.
  • Business Development – generate local demand and maintain competitive through creative marketing awareness.

We are looking for:
Natural leaders who possess the drive to excel and achieve. The ability to enthuse and motivate others to move toward goals and objectives whether individual or as a team.

You should have:
· Proven ability to demonstrate positive behaviour and leadership
· Knowledge of the travel industry / sector
· The drive to excel and achieve
