Top-up at over 19,500 locations nationwide displaying the PayPoint logo (3% fee). Hand your STA Travel Cashcard, together with the cash you wish to load, to the shop attendant who will swipe your Card and hand you a receipt, which you must keep. Your funds will be credited instantly.
By bank transfer or online by credit/debit card
You can Top-up by bank transfer (FREE) or online by using your credit/debit card (3% fee). If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Call Customer Care to email or post you the details.
To Top-up online, simply log-in and choose ‘Move Funds’.
