All changes are subject to the conditions of your ticket, flight availability and applicable fees, which will be advised to you before you confirm. Not all tickets are changeable – full details of the conditions of your ticket can be found on your receipt.

To request a date or route change to your ticket, either visit your nearest STA Travel branch or email us using the link attached and we will respond to you within 24 hours. If the requested change is not permitted or available, you may be able to apply for a credit value on the unused part of your ticket through your nearest branch.
Changes to all other types of paper tickets need to be made directly with the airline that is operating the flight. You will need to contact the local airline office of the country that you are currently in. We suggest that you use an Internet search engine to find the website of the relevant airline and obtain local contact details.
