* No purchase necessary - free prize draw.

* Closing date 31.07.08.

* Prize must be claimed by 31.08.08.

* All entries submitted before the closing date will be entered into the prize draw. All entries are subject to verification by Promoter and Promoter reserves the right to cancel and revoke any entries if they are found to be improper or if the entrant is subsequently found to be ineligible pursuant to the Rules.

* By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize. Interpretation of the Rules by Promoter shall be final.

* Prize is non-refundable or transferable.

* There is no cash alternative for the Prize or any unused portions thereof. Promoter shall not be liable to the confirmed winner of the Prize for any guarantee, warranty, condition or representation, express or implied, relating to the Prize, including without limitation, its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

* The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

* The draw is not open to employees of officers and directors of Promoter, STA Travel, Yates's, their advisers, assignees, agents, licensees, media buying and promotional agencies, or a member of such person's immediate family or household.

* The competition cannot be combined with any other offer.
