If you have an e-ticket, then you will just need to print off another copy of your itinerary.
These tickets are reissued by STA Travel so you will need to visit your nearest branch. They will need to contact your issuing branch for a copy of your original ticket, so please allow around two working days for the whole process. A reissue fee equivalent to US$50 will apply.
These tickets are reissued by the airline that you are travelling with and you will need to contact the local airline office of the country that you are currently in. We suggest that you use an Internet search engine to find the website of the relevant airline and obtain local contact details.
