Poor hostel facilities at a hotel price

Location, the same as many previous stays tho, now, the basic rooms are very poor.

The city is fantastic and the public transport comprehensive, being located near Columbus Circle meant that it was easy to find your way back to the YMCA after a night out down in SoHo. All the typical tourist activities are also good, but spending a little time in pubs and bars with locals lets you see beyond the steel, glass and concrete- even though there is a staggering amount of it. I'd also recommend going to see a baseball match, we went to see the Mets Vs. Phillies, it last over three hours and the Mets lost, but it was entertaining and great fun.

It was very close to central park but it was FILTHY DIRTY,the room was dirty, the showers were dirty, the toilets were disgusting. I would never reccomend this hostel to anyone
