this is in an amazing location basically 2 minutes from St Marks Square and 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge :-) the hotel itself is very basic but clean, we had a gorgeous vies of the canel from our room. We had a bathroom in our room, its a little room with toilet, sink and shower, very basic but again clean and all we needed. the hotel staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful teaching us italian and telling us great places to eat and where to go :-) they definately made the stay better. the breakfast was great aswell. We would go back here the locations great, the prices was brilliant for Venice and the staff were the best :-)

This property is a very basic hotel. We had our own room with a bathroom but some of the rooms shared bathrooms. It was a little difficult to find due to Venice's winding streets (but what isn't hard to find in Venice?) Good location in central Venice. The cheapest place that I found by far! If you are looking for the best value and don't need anything special but want to be close to the action this hotel is for you.

This was a great budget, family run property. The staff was very friendly. Our room even had a small terrace overlooking one of the many canals. The location is unbeatable, only a 5 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Like any hotel in Venice, it was rather difficult to find, so make sure you have a good map!
