Lovely, friendly hotel within a walkable distance to St Mark's Square.

The location meant that we weren't in the busiest places all the time, it was great being able to walk to St Mark's Square within 30 mins but still be able to relax a little more closer to the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. Having air con and mosquito blinds were also a bonus!
Venice is an amazing city just to wander around, even without going to the 'main attractions', staying where we did meant we got to experience this more. Everybody we met was lovely, the fruit stalls at the markets were fantastic and the food was amazing at most of the restaurants. I don't think we could ever appreciate pasta and pizza in the UK ever again!
