Who can apply for an internship?

If you're a British or Irish citizen aged between 18-30, and studying at university, you'll be eligible for a placement. An internship in Oz must be part of your university degree; call 0333 321 7850 or head to your nearest store to speak to a Travel Expert for more details.

How do I apply for an internship?

First, pay your £300 deposit, submit your CV and complete a Skype interview with a member of our team. We'll then put you in touch with a future employer so you can complete a Skype interview. The STA Travel team will assist you with every stage of the planning process, like flights, visa application and accommodation. Once you arrive in either Australia or New Zealand you'll attend an arrival orientation, then it's all systems go for your dream internship!

What kind of internship placements are available?

Typical placements vary from law, finance, HR, marketing, PR and communication, to engineering. New Zealand is the tourism capital of the world, so you can also expect to find a lot of opportunties in the travel and tourism sector here.
