Lost ticket
If you have lost your ticket, don't despair! It happens to the best of us. Just follow the instructions below and you'll be back on track.
Unfortunately we can only offer help the reissue of E-tickets and STA Travel tickets. Other tickets can only be re-issued by the airline that you are travelling with, therefore you will need to contact the local airline office of the country that you are currently in. We suggest that you use an internet search engine to find the website of the relevant airline and obtain local contact details.
Replacing your E-ticket is simple, all you need to do is print another copy.
Replace STA Paper Ticket
These tickets are reissued by STA Travel so you will need to visit your nearest branch. They will need to contact your issuing branch for a copy of your original ticket, so please allow about two working days for the whole process to be completed. A reissue fee will apply, equivalent to US$50.
