Where's Your Head At photo competition terms & conditions.
1. The competition is a free prize draw and is organised by STA Travel Ltd of 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA ("STA Travel")
2. By entering the competition entrants agree that they have read and fully understood these terms and be bound by them. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions then you may not enter this competition.
3. This competition is only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over. Excluding employees of STA Travel, their families and anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
4. The prizes will be awarded as follows:

4. The prizes will be awarded as follows:
a. First prize: Two places on STA Travel's Egyptian Discovery tour (flights, kitty or excursion costs being covered by the winners and not STA Travel). A panel of judges will judge the competition. The panel will decide who wins this prize, judges' decision is final.
b. Second prize: Two places on STA Travel's Northern Hilltribes and Villages tour (flights, kitty or excursion costs being covered by the winners and not STA Travel). The official judges will decide who wins this prize. Judges' decision is final.
c. Weekly winners: A £50 STA Travel voucher (one winner per week of the competition, voucher terms and conditions apply). The official judges will decide who wins this prize. Judges' decision is final.
5. The competition closes on 14th October 2010 at 23:59.
6. No cash or other prizes alternatives are available and are strictly non transferable. The prize is subject to availability. STA Travel reserves the right to exchange prizes for others of equal or greater value.
7. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize per entry.
8. The winners will be notified by email and/or by phone within 1 week of closing date where correct information has been supplied upon entry.
9. The winner’s name and prize may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Where's Your Head At Photo Competition 2010, Marketing Department, STA Travel, 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA.
10. STA Travel reserves the right to use the names or winners, for publicity purposes only.
11. You may enter the competition as many times as you like however where a winner has been selected and STA Travel discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, STA Travel may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these terms. STA Travel reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries. STA Travel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. STA Travel shall not be liable to any entrant or winner for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this competition.
13. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail
14. All images entered into this competition will remain the right of STA Travel LTD. STA Travel reserve the right to use all entered images on all communications including online and offline articles and advertising.
