	This 11-day tour takes in the culture and scenery along with an action packed sports tour. Your team will get the chance to play 4 tour fixtures and have the option for specialist coaching and be given the opportunity to watch a top sports match. Sri Lanka is fast emerging as a great sporting destination for the following sports: cricket, hockey, football and rugby.
Sri Lankan Culture	Suggested Itinerarey and what to do
	For the first few days you will stay at a beach town just south of Colombo, before moving on to Kurunegala then to Dambulla. Here you will climb the stairs on the famous Sigiriya rock, a world heritage site with breathtaking views of the surrounding plains. Next stop is Kandy, known to the locals as “The Great City” it is a beautiful city and hugely important to the Buddhist community, especially with the sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha housed in one of its temples. Upon leaving Kandy for Hikkaduwa, the tour will stop at The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, one of Sri Lanka’s most popular attractions. Here you will see elephants being washed and fed by their carers and see them play together in the nearby river. What better way to end the tour by spending a day or two on the beach at your own leisure or select from the range of optional water based activities including whale and dolphin watching (Dec-Apr) or diving and snorkelling.
