Too funky and expensive for small rooms

The public areas are too dark and the staff is very informal, you never know who actually is staff and who is a customer
The room was very small, no even a closet where to put your clothes away neither anywhere to store the piece of luggage so it has to be kept by the bed which is not very practical.

Friendly and very helpful staff - prepared to go that little further to help us enjoy our stay both in the hotel and in NY.
Found us tickets to a Broadway show which we would not have got without their help.
Comfortable bed.
Good food.
Roof gardens and bar were a fab place to chill out!!
Cool club in the hotel..
