*Terms & Conditions:
1. There is 1 prize which consists of a pair of economy return flights to New York with Virgin Atlantic Airways and 5 nights accommodation in a double or twin room at the Hotel Wolcott. The winner of this competition should ensure that they obtain any required visas, travel insurance, permissions and comply with any conditions of travel. The prize must be claimed within a week of the winner being notified of the win and booked before 31st March 2011. Flight and accommodation is permitted in 2011 only. Tickets must be used by yourself and a companion travelling together in both directions. Prizewinners seats are subject to availability.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable. The travel period cannot be extended beyond the expiary date. Travel is permitted during certain periods only:- Please note the dates maybe subject to further embargos.
2. The prize draw is open to anyone to enter via SMS text message or by completing a competition entry form in a branch of Topman between 10th January 2011 and 10th February 2011.
3. The draw will be held 1 week after the competitions closing date 2011. The first name drawn at random will be the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so within 48 hours an additional name will be drawn. If no winner has claimed within 12 weeks from the prize draw date after reasonable effort has been made by the promoters to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeit
4. The winners will be notified by email or telephone by 17th Fabruary 2011. The winners will receive confirmation of their prize and instructions on how to book no later than within 6 weeks of the closing date. Once tickets have been issued they are valid for flights/dates shown ONLY and cannot be changed. lounge passes and upgrade are not permitted with these tickets.
5. There is no cash substitute for the prizes and the prizes are not transferable. The prizes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
6. For the name and county of the winner, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, Topman, Arcadia Group Ltd, Colegrave House, 70 Berners Street, London W1T 3NL. These details will be made available for up to two weeks after the draw.
7. The promoter reserves the right to make minor changes to the prize(s) advertised.
8. By entering into this prize draw, the winners agree that his/her details may be used in post-event publicity.
9. Employees of Topman, the Arcadia Group, Santander Cards UK Limited, STA Travel, MDS Ltd (Marketing Distribution Services), The Traverati Network, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
