Wildlife Warrior Programme

  • 14Day(s)
  • Trip Code: STLIMWIL

Africa is a bastion of wildlife diversity and protection, but the challenges faced by the wardens and rangers on the ground are massive. This programme offers conservation-minded volunteers the chance to help combat the onslaught of poaching and habitat loss. You'll undergo a bush development course and cover a diverse range of subjects including reptiles and snakebite treatment, anti-poaching procedures, environmental management and bush cuisine. You'll then complete a short theoretical (20%) and practical (80%) exam to prove you've got what it takes to be a true-blue wildlife warrior.
