  • Day 1: Hervey Bay / Fraser Island

    This is an early start with a 7.00am check in for your thorough & informative briefing with Palace Backpackers Hervey Bay, once you have attended the briefing you will then head off to our camp shed to learn more about our unique high top Landcruiser 4wd's & the camping side of life. Once you leave the camp shed your real adventure begins. As you make your way towards the ferry, you will all stop off to buy your food & alcohol supplies for the next 3 days!!! Don't worry; we even help you out with a suggested menu. You will arrive on the island at approximately 1.00pm & from here your next 3 days/2 nights will be spent discovering the amazing beauty of Fraser Island.... explore one of the many pristine perched lakes, check out the abundance of marine life from the high cliffs of Indian Head or simply relax & chill out at Champagne pools. This is your adventure!! Oh & we do help out with a suggested itinerary.

    Spend the day exploring the Island to your heart's content.

  • Day 3: Fraser Island

    You will spend most of the day exploring the island before you make your way back to Kingfisher Bay Resort to catch your 5pm ferry of the island. This will have you arriving back on the mainland at approximately 6.00pm. You will then head back to the camp shed to help unload the vehicles before heading back to your accommodation at approx 6.30pm.

  • Day 4: Whitsundays Sailing

    You will make you way down to Abel Point Marina for your 14.00pm departure. Upon boarding you will be given a safety briefing & once all of the formal side of things have been looked after it will be time to relax, settle in & get comfortable.

  • Day 5: Whitsundays Sailing

    Spend your time chilling out, exploring, snorkelling & swimming in & around the magnificent fringing corals & islands we call the Whitsundays.

  • Day 6: Whitsundays Sailing

    You will arrive back from Abel point Marina at approx 11.00am on the last day of your sailing adventure.

  • Day 7: Airlie Beach

    Explore Airlie Beach to your heart's content.
