The prize for this competition consists of a pair of economy return flights to New York with Virgin Airways. The winner of this competition should ensure that they obtain any required visas, travel insurance, permissions and comply with any conditions of travel. The prize must be claimed by 1st December 2010 and booked before 27th Fabruary 2011. Flight and is permitted until 30th June 2011 only. Travel period cannot be extended beyond expiary date. Once tickets have been issued they are valid for the flights/dates shown only. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted with these tickets.

Tickets must be used by yourself and a companion travelling together in both directions, tickets are non refundable, non transferable and non endorsable.
The prize draw is open between the hours of 9am and 6pm on Wednesday 24th November only. The competition being held at the opening of STA Travel’s new York branch at 3 Low Ousegate, York, North Yorkshire YO1 9QX.
The competition is open to all resident in the UK, to enter you must complete a free prize entry form with your contact details and return the draw form tyo a member of STA Travel Staff. Only one entry into the prize draw will be permitted per postal entry received.
Closing date for entries is 24th November 2010. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw.
The draw will be held on 24th November 2010 once the deadline for entries has passed. The first name drawn at random will be the winner. If the winners cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so within 48 hours additional names will be drawn. If no winner has claimed within 12 weeks from the prize draw date after reasonable effort has been made by the promoters to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeit.
The winners will receive confirmation of their prize and instructions on how to book no later than within 2 weeks of the closing date. Once booked by the winner all dates and names are final and cannot be changed.
There is no cash substitute for the prizes and the prizes are not transferable. The prizes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
For the name and county of the winner, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing Department, STA Travel, Priory House, Wrights Lane, London, W8 6TA. These details will be made available for up to two weeks after the draw.
The promoter reserves the right to make minor changes to the prize(s) advertised.
By entering into this prize draw, the winners agree that his/her details may be used in post-event publicity.
Employees of STA Travel and their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
By entering this prize draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules.
