Hire a campervan and roadtrip around Australia or New Zealand

Snorkel or dive the Great Barrier Reef
Ride the bullet train in Japan
Ride the scenic train from Kandy to Ella in Sri Lanka
Eat your heart out at a Dubai brunch
Hike a world-famous mountain or trek a world-famous trek like the frosty altitudes of Everest Base Camp, the wilderness of the Annapurna Circuit, or the stunning active volcano of Mount Fuji
Drive along Route 66 in the USA

Have a cup of tea (and maybe a piece of cake) in a traditional British tearoom – Betty’s, for example.
Volunteer abroad – with children, animals, local communities. Whatever floats your boat.
Travel a portion of the Silk Road… at least
Learn to surf. Be it in Australia, Hawaii, Bali or South Africa…
Zoom along the sandy paths of Bagan’s Archaeological Zone on a scooter, visiting temples and ruins
Go to a festival (cultural or musical). Be pummelled with tomatoes at La Tomatina, get muddy at Glastonbury, colourful at India’s Holi, or dance til dawn at the Rio Carnival
Marvel at the natural wonders of Iceland (like the Reynisfjara black sand beach)
